Stacks

Terms

Who we are

Stacks is sold by Cohen Coolidge. Write to support@keepstacks.com with any question about these terms. By making an account or using Stacks, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Stacks.

Your account

You sign in with a passkey. Keep your devices safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, and for the AI apps you connect to it. You must be old enough to agree to a contract where you live, and at least 13.

Plans

Free holds 300 saves, and AI apps can read your library but not add to it. Pro costs $8 a month or $72 a year, with no save limit, X sync, AI sorting and AI apps that can add to your library. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes may be added where the law requires.

Renewal

Pro renews by itself, each month or each year, at the same price, until you cancel. We may change the price. We will tell you before your next renewal, and the new price starts then. If you do not want it, cancel before you are billed.

Cancel and refunds

Cancel at any time in the app, under Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then you go back to Free. Nothing is deleted. We do not give partial refunds for a period already started. If you ask for it within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. Write to support@keepstacks.com.

Your content

What you save is yours. You give Stacks only the right to store it, sort it, search it, and show it to you and to the AI apps you approve. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models. The right ends when you delete the content or your account. You promise that you have the right to save what you save.

AI sorting

To sort what you save, Stacks sends text and images to models that run on Cloudflare Workers AI. They make search vectors, short descriptions and suggested tags. AI can be wrong. Check what matters.

What you may not do

Do not save or share illegal content. Do not use Stacks to harm others or to break the law. Do not use an AI connector to attack, overload or probe Stacks or other people, or to get around a limit. Do not scrape or collect other people’s private data. Do not try to reach another person’s library. We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules.

Delete your account

Delete your account in the app. For 7 days you can undo it. After that Stacks removes your library, images and account records for good. Export first if you want a copy.

Copyright

If you think something in Stacks infringes your copyright, write to support@keepstacks.com with: your name and contact details; a description of the work; where the material is, with the link; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the work or may act for its owner; and your signature, typed or written. We remove material that infringes and may close the account of a repeat infringer. If we remove yours by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice.

As is

Stacks is a beta and comes as is, without any promise that it will always work, be error-free or keep your data. Keep your own copy: use Export. The law may give you rights that these terms cannot remove.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or other indirect harm, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and its courts decide any dispute, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

We may change these terms. For a change that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it starts. If you keep using Stacks after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not, cancel and delete your account.
