What Stacks keeps

What you save: links, posts, images, notes, prompts and skills, and your boards. For your account: your sign-in details, your plan and the apps you connect.

From your saves it works out search vectors, a short description for an item that has none, image descriptions on Pro, and suggested tags, kinds, duplicates and boards.

Who can read it

Through Stacks, only you and the AI apps you approve. Each library is its own database, and no connector tool reads outside it.

AI apps you connect

An app you approve can search your library and read what it finds. Its maker handles those results under its own terms. Remove an app and its access stops at once.

Where it runs

Stacks runs on Cloudflare. Models on Cloudflare Workers AI turn your text into vectors for search and write the descriptions.

Delete and export

Delete your account and, after 7 days, Stacks removes your library, images and account records. Until then you can undo. Export takes everything out as one ZIP file you can read anywhere or bring back.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, Stacks keeps your email address and the time you joined, to send you an invite. It keeps nothing else about you from the form, and it does not share the list.

This site

No cookies. This site and the app send anonymous usage events, such as page views and clicks, to PostHog (US). They keep a random ID in local storage, never what you type or save, and IP addresses are discarded. Nothing loads if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The fonts come from this site.
